The Power of a Dress

There was a dress needed emergency for my niece's Brandy daughter Nikya this week. I had 72 hours to buy material make a dress and ship it out. I succeeded, but there was some much needed reflection and inner peace that came from making this dress.

There is truly magic in the right dress for any girl of any age. There is something about creating something for a special loved one that is hard to put into words. You tuck special prayers and ask the Lord to guide these young ones with every stitch you take. One of a kind this dress surely is, but it's more about a young girl's "where there is a will there is a way", and a sentimental older girl's love for family.
